poly faq WON'T LOAD - TOO BIG IT SAYS

Does anyone know how to get to the Poly FAQ page? I have tried two browsers and it says it is too large to load. Is there any other way to get there?

Thanks I had to clear some open stuff on my computer - evidently a page had loaded wrong and I couldn't get there.
