My parents and I have not stayed at any suite in WDW, however here is what I know about the ones at the Contemporary and Polynesian. At the Contemporary on the Tower Club 14th floor there are several suites and they are a One Bedrom Suite: Bay Lake View, One Bedroom Suite: Magic Kingdom View, Two Bedroom Suite, Bay Lake View: Two Bedroom Suite: Magic Kingdom View, Vice Presidential Suite: Bay Lake View and the Presidential Suite Tower: Magic Kingdom View. All of them include Club Level amenities. I know there is also a One Bedroom Suite and a Hospitality Suite located in the South Garden Wing building which costs less the suites on the 14th floor, however I am not sure if they include access to the 14th floor Club Level lounge, to get all the amenities they offer.
At the Polynesian they have the following suites to choose from. The Honeymoon Suite, 1 Bedroom Suite, Princess Suite, Ambassador VP Suite and the King Kamehameha Suite, with the King Kamehameha Suite being the most expensive and biggest one. So I guess you can say it's equal to what the Presidential Suite at the Contemporary is. I also know the suites at the Polynesian are located in Tonga Longhouse and you get all the Club Level amenities that guests staying in the Hawaii Longhouse have, because that is the regular Club Level building and for the record the name they give the Hawaii Longhouse Club Level is the King Kamehameha Club.
