Poly Conciergre ???'s

We have ressies (through CRO) for late Oct. at the Poly Concierge (LV)

Should I expect to receive anything by mail prior to our trip?

Also....

Do we check in directly at the main check in desk or do we have to go somewhere special? We will be switching hotels (POR) and would like to make the change as much fun as possible!!!

Hey,
you should receive some planning info in the mail. Some people have said they never received their's but I always have. If you don't just give them a call or email to request ps's or other special things. When you arrive tell the bell hop your staying concierge and they will send someone to get you and take you to the Hawaii building. You can get settled and then check in there.

I love the Polynesian concierge and hope you will too. Have a wonderful trip.

I stayed at the Poly in lagoon view concierge this past December, and it was great. The food in the concierge lounge is just delicious! Also, we got great service from the CM's. We didn't get anything in the mail prior to our trip, but we booked through a travel agent, so that might be why. We checked in at the regular check-in in the Great Ceremonial House, then the bellman took us to the concierge lounge. The CM at the desk area said to go get settled in our room then come back to the desk area where he would give us some more info. He asked if we had any questions and printed out the list of priority seatings that they had made for us (I had emailed them ahead of time about the PS's). Enjoy your trip!

We are staying October 19th -25th and booked with DreamsUnlimited. I emailed Poly conceirge about booking Cindy's breakfast ressies for me and they have been great about it. Got my ressies for the exact day and time requested and they sent us the questionaire in the mail. They have been very prompt in answering emails and questions.

You will love the concierge, as for check-in, as minnie my my said, just let the bellman/attendant know you are concierge and they'll bring you right there.

Just one more comment. I did get the questionnaire in the mail about 6 weeks before our upcoming Sept trip and then got a nice phone call about 2 weeks ago from concierge -- I think because I had inquired about Fantasmic! dining pkg. The CM answered a lot of my questions and also sent me a package with Poly information as well as park maps. Very nice.
