Here are some of the things served in Dec.: macaroni, beef & cheese dish, sushi, beef and chicken skewers. They did have cut up cantaloupe, honeydew melons with grapes.

In January we had the same as mentioned by piratesofthecarolina, but they also had a pulled pork BBQ, chicken wings, snack foods, and PB&J sandwiches for the kids.
