Has anyone upgraded at check-in? (not comp.........but paying) For our next trip, we might stay at the Poly for a few days but if I book a regular room and then change my mind when we get there...I just wanted to know if my options were still open. Thanks.

concierge stays pretty full. You're better off to book before you leave.

Hi there - it can be done, but normally it is only slightly cheaper or no cheaper than if you had booked in advance (except at WL)

By upgrading at check-in you miss one of the big perks of concierge - the advance itinerary planning.
