We are currently booked at the Poly from 7/6-7/12 in a regular room with an AP rate. I have been trying to upgrade to LV or GV Concierge (at the AP rate) but so far it is completely booked. The CM I spoke with tonite gave me the direct phone number to the Poly Concierge office. She suggested I call them and try to get on a "wait list" for any cancellations that may come up. I have never heard of this and feel a little funny about contacting Island Planning without actually being a concierge guest. Has anyone ever done this? It seems a bit out of the ordinary....
