Poly Concierge water

I hear a lot of people say they love to get bottled water from the Poly Concierge lobby and take them into the park.

How does that work? We are staying Poly LG Concierge next week. Do you just carry the bottle in or do most people carry them in a bag or what? I would think it would be a lot of work to just carry them in without a bag. I also didn't realize we could take bags into the parks since 9/11.

Yes, you can take bags into the park, but expect them to be searched.
Yes, you can take bottled water into the park; I promise you won't be hassled about that. I believe that in no way violates Disney policy as bringing in other food items may.

Short of bringing in a cooler, glass bottles, or a complete turkey dinner, I think you are unlikely to be hassled about food.

The Poly Concierge is cool about water bottles. Just go to the lounge and grab what you need. If you don't see them, ask. *Everybody* takes them to the parks and the concierge staff expect it, so don't think twice about it.

We use shoulder sling insulated bottle carriers--picked up in sporting goods at the trusty Wal-Mart. Freeze the bottles the night before and you should be set until your afternoon break.

BTW, we're there next week, too! Hopefully on the 3rd floor of Hawaii.
