Poly Concierge Question???

Anyone staying / stayed Poly Concierge and remember how far in advance concierge office usually contacts you? We're going in October, same time that we did last October. But I was thinking that the concierge office had contacted us by this time last year!

We are staying at the poly concierge in July and we never did get contacted. Maybe that was because we booked through AAA??? I emailed the planning office last week and am glad I did. You should just email them, so they can make your PSs or ARs..whatever they are now. LOL

You should read this thread and ask about rehabs once you do get in contact with the staff. They have never contacted me, we have always emailed them.

Anyone remember which floors in Hawaii are smoking/non smoking?

We stayed at Poly GVC last Sept/Oct and they contacted us late June! We had requested and received a first floor non-smoking room ( it was actually the room we had on a previous trip!) I believe it is some of the 3rd floor rooms that are smoking/smoking optional.

We just stayed @ AKL Cocierge, & they contacted us EXACTLY 90 days out. Do not know if that is standard practice or not though.

Anything inside that, I would go ahead and e-mail, or even better, Phone them.

They will contact you 90 days before your arrival but if you booked through your travel agent they might not have your phone number(something that they don't get all info from ressies). By all means call them they are usually more than happy to talk to you.

Some of the third floor rooms are smoking. We are non-smokers and we stayed on the third floor and never smelled smoke.
