Poly concierge question

We are staying at the Poly for the last couple days of our trip, I just made the Poly ressie yesterday. What happens now? Does the Concierge call me soon? I wanted to try Ohana on our last night there, is it too late or do you think concierge has enough time? I have never stayed concierge before, I hope it doesn't ruin my love for POR

Congratulations, I think you'll love the Polynesian and concierge is fun. Part of my family will be there for part of our spring break trip too. And yup, I don't think PO will be quite the same to you afterwards!

For 'Ohanas, if it were me , I'd go ahead and call myself. I'm sure you'd have no trouble getting it and that way you get to choose between available times. I know some people get a big kick out of having concierge make their PSs but I like to do them myself. It is one phone call either way. Now if you want something really hard to get like CRT asking them to try too makes sense to me. Just my two cents.

We've stayed Poly Concierge and they always mail out a form letter asking if you would like any PS, etc. We've asked them to make our PS for Ohana as well as a few other PS. The rest we make ourselves when we get there (we have never been the kind to make any type of PS way in advance and have never had a problem in all our trips). In fact one time we wanted to go to Ohana's later and they arranged it about an hour before. They are also very good at getting "hard to get" PS. If you are the kind who likes to do things in advance and are worried you will not get what you want, by all means make them yourself. We have always had very good luck with the concierge staff at the Poly.
