Poly Concierge PS ?

When I made my reservation for Feb.2003 I recieved a package in the mail and sent back the form with my PS requests on it. I have not recieved any confirmation of my PS arrangements. Should I call and see if everything has been arranged?Or will I just be told upon checkin?? Wewill arrive on the 12th of Feb. Thanks, Joan

We never got confirmations before arrival. They had made the PS's though.

Definitely call. Ask them to e-mail your itenary(sp). You will get two documents, one with your confirmed PS the other with hints and tips.
