POLY Concierge is amazing already!

We happened to score an upghrade from a regular room to con. for $40 a night a month ago. WO-HOO Anyway, Being something of a woorrysoe type, I e-mailed concierge and asked if they could PLEASE send me the itinerary request sheet early becaue I'm not restful unless stuff is set. I kid you not...5 MINUTES later, there was a reply bacek with a kind message and a Word file! MAN!!!!!! 5 minutes!!!!!!!! I filled things out and set them back and things were booked with al the times and days I wanted.
If this is even close to how wonderful they are...GOD. I'm going to be in heaven!!!

Ppony, that is wonderful. (I wish I could say the same thing about my upcoming concierge stay at another resort, but I can't.)

I haven't stayed at the Poly yet but I have always heard their concierge staff is wonderful. Have a ~magical~ vacation.

I've gotten lightening-fast response from the PYC and Tara, who's been burdened with my constant e-mail mewlings and itinerary changes. Also, AKLC has been awesome and responsive in requests, and have already contacted us on 3 different occassions to ensure we have what we need. Trips not even here and I feel very "catered to". On the other hand, it's funny that I have so many people thank already and I haven't even arrived yet...

I hear ya! Tara took GREAT care of me in the 40 or so emails that I exchanged with her. It was nice to get everything ironed out in email prior to our arrival. We did the Wilderness Lodge concierge and loved every bit of it. The people were fantastic there. Not ONE complaint.

Isn't it GREAT!!!

I really love the CM's you get through email for the Polynesian Conceige, they are even better than the real CM's you get when you arrive. And, no long distance charges!!! I love having someone take care of all my PS's!

I also have great things to say about Tara and Aida. I am one of those control freak people so for me to let them do all of my PSs was nerve racking. They held my hand through the whole process, got back to me in very timely fashion, and even had some suggestions about how to make our stay special. I even promised at one point not to make any more changes. Aida's response was "You are too much!" Definitely made my day!

I also feel that people who do a great job should be commended. Being a manager myself, I know how great it is to hear from other people how much they enjoyed their experience with your employees. I wrote a letter to their manager and he even took the time to write me back. I hope that other people will take the time to do the same! These ladies definitely deserve some kudos!
