Poly Concierge Email..no response?

HI. I'm the one who has upgraded to Poly concierge last week for our June 6 trip! :sunny: Totally jazzed:Pinkbounc :crazy: :earseek: Keeping it as a surprise for my family...
I've emailed concierge because I have a couple of questions and requests. I haven't received a reply. I emailed twice on Friday and again today. This is the address I used

Has anyone else had this problem? Is this email address correct? Should I call since the trip is only two weeks away?

That's the correct address. Sorry you're having trouble with them not responding. One time last month I didn't hear back from anyone for several days but after I resent the original email and explained to them that I hadn't received a reponse, Melissa emailed me back and apologized and said they never got my original email. It could be that that they're having some type of problem with their server. They are normally GREAT with replying and helping you out with questions and/or problems. I would definitely go ahead and give them a call, especially since your trip is getting so close. Have a wonderful vacation! :D
 
They are having problems with their server!

I've just checked my inbox, and I have two emails returned from WDW! Called and was told they are having problems!

But, this last email I sent went right thru and Melissa emailed me right back!

But, I would call....nothing like speaking to IPO for last minute stuff over the phone!::yes::
 
luckywife - Hi and thanks! Do you happen to have the phone number? I probably won't get my docs until just before we leave because of the late change. I just want this trip to be extra special for my DH. His dad is very ill and we almost canceled this trip. We decided it was better to go now than postpone until he was sicker. It's been rough and only going to get rougher. So, I need to be sure that I do all I can to make it magical for my DH and our 2 DDs.

LOL! I didn't have the phone number but I just knew BambiTamby would be able to help you!
I had a feeling they were having server trouble because they are usually so good at getting back to you in a short period of time.
So sorry to hear about your FIL. I just lost my mom to cancer back in August, it's such a hard thing to go through. You and your family sure deserve a vacation~~~ HAVE A BLAST!!!!!!!!!!
 
luckywife & bamitamby - Thanks so much! I called and left a message. I bet they are behind so I won't panic, yet. I really want a room with a balcony so we can sit and look at he sunrise/set and talk, you know just be together when the DDs are still sleeping. How hard will that be? I also want to get a reservation for the dive quest for DH as a surprise. and I have my cindy's reservation on the epcot early day:crazy: I was so happy to get it that it didn't matter. But now, it sure would be nice to get that changed.
How helpful are these folks? Is this part of the magic staying concierge? This is our first time concierge anyplace. I am very excited. If I'm asking stupid questions, please forgive me:earseek:

first of all...there are no stupid questions here on the DIS!

And secondly, lots of :hug: to you! I completely understand as my mother has been going thru alot (kidney transplant and hip replacements).
