I do believe that the concierge itinerary planners have a better chance of getting those hard to get ressies like Cindy's breakfast. For instance, the BoardWalk concierge just got me an Illuminations fireworks cruise recently. What I do is email the concierge just before the 90 day PS mark with my dining requests. That way they can get them on the 90 day mark for each day of my stay. I have never had them not be able to get something for me. Plus, it makes a note on your PS if the concierge books it for you that you're a concierge guest. I have heard (though I've never personally experienced it) that it *sometimes* can get you a slightly shorter wait or better table if that's on your PS. Of course, I've never had that happen to me, so I'm not sure it's true.
