Poly Club level

What are some of the ways contacting the club level can help with planning before you arrive on property? I want to make sure I maximize my use of the concierge service.

And I was also wondering if guests are allowed to take a bottle of beer or a glass of wine back to their room?

Thanks!

How I use DSS (the service you contact as a CL guest for pre-planning assistance)....

- Adding room location requests to my reservation
- Booking resort or water park cabanas (you otherwise have to call Disney for these, can't be booked online)
- Adding any notes about celebrations, etc to my reservation
- Will occasionally ask for booking assistance with an ADR or two if I'm too busy to mess with it online
- In the past I have asked for any ideas to help celebrate a birthday... they can often send you links to ideas (Disney Floral & Gifts, the Cake Hotline, etc)

I am personally not a heavy DSS user as I'm pretty self-sufficient with my plans. But as mentioned above, I do enjoy their assistance with the few odd things that you can't book online.

Also FWIW, YMMV with DSS depending on the CM. There are some good ones there that are better at the "concierge service" than others.

What does FWIW & YMMV stand for?

Sorry...

For what it's worth

Your mileage may vary (just another way to say experiences can vary)
