2002 Fiji and Aotearoa were done (major rehab)
2002 Tokelau and Tahiti had some minor rehab and clean-up.
2003 Samoa, Hawaii and Tuvalu were done (major rehab)
2004 Niue and Rarotonga are being done (major rehab)
The other newer buildings are not in need of the reconstruction that the older ones were. The newer longhouses will get another soft rehab sometime the end of this year (no time set) but that is a normal rehab schedule they have been doing for years where they replace things damaged, repaint, etc. None of the longhouses ever go more than 2 years without shutting down for a short time for some work so they are always newly refurbished. The only reason this major work was done was to replace the foundations so they had better drainage and did not trap moisture.
