Hello, all. Just booked my November trip at the Poly -- Lagoon View room. Is there a particular building one would recommend my requesting specifically? Would have booked a Theme Pk View if it had been available -- wondering if any of the Lagoon View rooms offer a peek of park?

Have been to WDW 5x, but have never stayed at the Poly -- and have never gone with all three of my boys (ages 6, 4, 4). Hoping I've made the right choice in my resort selection!

Any feedback on the Poly with small children would be great, too!

Thanks!

:welcome: to the DIS!!!

I don't know which buildings are which views, but you're never far from being able to see the castle and lake if you want to. :) I'm sure many people will be along to help.

For everything you ever wanted to know about the Polynesian, google "tikiman." :)

Tahiti offers a gorgeous view of the castle and fireworks at night, in this pic I just aimed a little to the right, the castle is just to the left: 3rd floor balcony

you can see from the two pictures i posted the distance between space mountain (white building) and the castle, it is a perfectly clear view from the Tahiti longhouse. Have a great time!

We just returned from a stay in the Tahiti building, and the view was incredible. It also looked like Hawaii had a nice view. :)

We stayed garden view in Tokelau. We could see the castle if we stepped off the patio- it was excellent! Both Tahiti and Hawaii look like they have good views.
