Poly Beach/Fireworks

I was reading somewhere that the beach at Poly is just for guests at that resort... that does make sense, but I was hoping to watch the MK fireworks from there. Will I be able to (I am staying at Pop)?

There is no reason you can't watch the fireworks from the beach (from the pool would be a different matter ), alot of people do it when they are eating at Ohana or Kona.

Anyone can watch wishes/EWP from the Poly beach. The only places prohibited for folks not staying at the resort is the Volcano and quiet pools.
