Are there any rooms at the Poly that do not have balconies? We are looking into a lagoon view and for some reason I thought I had read that some longhouses do not have balconies on the second floor.

Yes, that is correct. Some longhouses do not have balconies on the second floor. If you want a balcony, I would put a "third floor" request on your reservation.

Correct, some of the longhouses do not have balconies on the 2nd floor. They have a false balcony - it looks like a balcony from outside and it has a sliding glass door, but you can't step out.

If you want lagoon view, the only LV longhouse with balconies is Tahiti. Very good longhouse with the biggest rooms on the property.
