with the final dvc building coming to completion does this mean that they may add some availability to the inventory sometime soon? Hoping for one more day to come through wait list for November!

Not likely. DVD has a large surplus of unsold PVB points, so they won't add to member inventory until needed for sales purposes.

Based on currently sales trends, DVD can probably go over a year (if not longer) before they need to add more points for sales purposes.
