I am heading to the Polly tommorow 8:15am . Has anyone stayed here before that can let me know whitch they liked better Ohana or the kona cafe? Also what are the crouds like usually the first week of June? This is my first trip to the Polly last July 4th week I stanyed at the POR and year before the CB all other years before this were off property. I love to stay right in Disney no other feeling in the world like it. Thanks for your help.:bounce: :Pinkbounc Just hours left :)

I go to the poly every year. Those two restaraunts are totally different. Are you inquiring about breakfast or dinner? Do you have kids and if so what age?

Hi Thanks for responding. This is a 4 day quick trip I am taking my Mom who has never been to Disney. Just me and her this trip then in July I am staying at the WL with My wife we do not have any kids yet :-).. Thanks again:)

Kona cafe has the best sit down breakfast at Disney. There dinner menu didnt look to appetizing to me. Ohana's has a character breakfast everymorning. The food is served buffet style at the table. Scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, and mickey waffles!! Very entertaining with chip and minnie.

Ohana's is great for dinner just make sure you make reservations. They serve turkey, steak and i think shrimp on these bbq forks that they bring right to your table. Again.......buffet style. There is also some entertainment but i remember it being for the kids.

But captain cooks snack shop satisfies me as well when im hungry.

Have fun..........ill be there next month.

Thanks for your help Ohana does sound good I have been reading about that for months I think we will do just dinner eat on the run in the morning. Are you married or single any kids? Thanks for your help.

Very Cool.. You seam really sweet I am sure she loves to go with you. I am 34 and just got married last year someday i will have a child to bring down with me that will make it all seam new again. Thanks again you seam so nice;)

Have a great first trip to the Polynesian. It is very, very special.

Just wanted to add that we love Kona for dinner as well as breakfast. If you ask about it on the restaurant board you'll find that lots of people agree. It is very different from'Ohana. Great food. We love the mahi mahi and the prime rib. Beautiful and yummy desserts. They also serve lunch.
