We'll be at AKL from Aug. 30 - Sept. 6: bouncing back with free dining!

Will be me, my husband, daughter, nephew and their grandma (my mom). Can't wait!!

We will be there from either Sept 26th or 27th to Oct 4th with Bounce back free dining. (We are trying to figure out if we want to fly in Friday night or Sat Am!).

Sept. 17-22 at CR. Will we be able to stand the weather? I've been reading that it's as bad as August. Anybody been in September before?

We'll be at AKV September 22-27  DH and I are taking DS2 and DS1 to meet Mickey for the first time - sooooo excited! (me more than the kids!)

We were there September 1 - 9 last year and it was 94 to 96 degrees most of that time. It was HOT and HUMID. But it didn't bother us too much--we drank lots of water (which meant a lot of bathroom stops--we are 50 and 55!), went to the pool every afternoon for a couple of hours and when it was really unbearable, we'd go into one of the air conditioned shows. We have gone September the last three visits...it averages 90 whenever we are there.

Been there in August and September and last year September was actually hotter than the two previous Augusts so it all depends on the weather. It was freezing here the morning that we left and nice and hot when we got to Florida. Personally the heat really doesn't bother me because I am one of those people who is always cold. IMHO, I don't feel it was any more humid than it gets here in the summer in IL. I was really worried about the heat before our first August trip because of others who said it was too hot so I really don't think you will know if it's too hot for you till you try it. Just remember to drink lots of water, walk in the shade and enjoy the AC in the stores when you feel too hot.

I already have plans to go Sept. 14 - 20. I usually go in July. Is this time less crowded? How is the weather?

I think Sept is a great month to go because its less crowded... Usually hot and humid, not as bad as July but it rains more... :upsidedow

Thanks to all for the weather updates. We just made the rez yesterday so of course I am going through that neurotic period of "did we pick the right resort/month/etc.etc.etc"! KatMark, we are 55 and 60. Hear ya about the bathroom stops! Somebody was saying on another thread that October two years ago was hotter and humid-er than August and September. I guess it's all the luck of the draw.

We are staying at AKL for the first time Sept 19th (my B-day) thru the 27th. We have free dining but might forgo that for 40% the room. What-to-do, what-to-do???:confused3

DF and I are Disneymooning! I voted in the poll for the week of the 6th but we'll really go a couple of days after the wedding, so probably the 2nd or 3rd until the 12th or 13th or even the 14th! Sigh.... can't wait!!!!!!!!!!

We will be at the Poly from Sept 20-27. Was hoping for the free dining but got in on the 40% deal. Can't wait. It has been almost 3 years since we went last time and it was only for 4 days. And this will be the first time we have taken the kids to Epcot. Cast includes me, dh, son (9) and twin girls
(8).

We are going 9/18 - 9/28 (CBR), booked with 40% off, but we will save another $500 with free dining....so we hope it is coming!!!

hmmm...we are going sept 20-28...unlike several other people who have posted, we are already booked with the free dining at pop (bounceback), but i am hoping for a 40% off so we can book the poly...the 40% would be a better deal for us and allow us to upgrade resorts...otherwise, the pop will do...
