I voted for FL Tours..however, I have had very good service from TT. From what I understand though, their customer service may be lacking at the moment. I had some small issues with FL Tours, but nothing that would prevent me from using them again.
I think you will find that there are many good companies out there. And almost all of them have had some kind of negative posts...I don't think there are too many that have complete customer satisfaction.

Loved Sunray Transportation! They made sure we had enough room for a family of four and our luggage. Can't say the same for the other service we used.

For best service, I would highly recommend any of the following companies (in no particular order) for towncar's.

Starline
Trans Orlando
GNS
Carey
5 Star
Showtime
Dove

All the above Orlando companies have been around longer than any of the other companies mentioned in this poll. They all have quality chauffeurs, very clean vehicles, and are very dependable. If they have availability for your reservation, there will be NO worries, I'm sure you will be very happy with their service. You can do an internet search to find their websites for more information.
