Didn't vote because it depends on the weather.

It will either be someone else's problem (namely, my sister's) or, if it continues snowing like it is now, I'll cook one in the oven in the traditional way.

I didn't vote because we are having two turkeys. One deep fried, one stuffed in the oven.

Ours is going in the oven bright and early in the morning. I have dressing in the oven right now. I already have southern sweet iced tea, potato salad, broccoli-rice-n-cheese casserole, pumpkin pie, and a pecan pie cooked and in the fridge. Tonight, I have to make the sweet potato casserole, mashed potatoes, and deviled eggs. Tomorrow is all about the bird, green beans, rolls, fruit salad, and chicken & dumplins.

Anyone near Lawrenceville, GA, is welcome to drop by. I am sure that we will have plenty. lol Maggie

I'm making my very first turkey dinner and I'm doing it the old-fashioned way. There will be oodles of leftovers, since it's just the two of us.

me too!! I love them and use it all of the time. The turkey comes out very moist and you don't have to baste and it doesn't take all day...
