Poll question for woman: Re MEN

DFiance was a swimmer in college so he had to be hairless, and I got used to it. As long as it's not in a weird pattern or sweater-like, then I don't really care. Well, maybe that's not true... lol... back hair is pretty disgusting too.

He's kind of hairly non-swimmy, but his hair doesn't gross me out because it's in good places. I especially love the fact that he shaves everyday but he does actually get a 5 o'clock shadow. It just seems so manly and tall-dark-handsome like. And I LOVE that he's not a fan a groomed facial hair. Real 5 o'clock shadows are soooo much sexier than planned facial hair imo. I love him :).

Everyone should be natural. What ever you are given is okay by me. This said, ladies shaving their legs and underarms are just expected and have been for many many years and I do so.

I personally like a man who isn't afraid of having his balding head exposed. Shaving the head is okay but so many guys do it now it's getting kinda rediculous. Chest and back hair don't bother me at all and I have seen thousands of bodies, working in the OR, etc. and there are really very few of us who really stand out. In other words, what you spend your time worrying about is likely the same as most others of your gender have.

I don't get this pubic area sculpting/shaving or the arm hair shaving. What a waste of time and effort. :rolleyes1

OK, I know (now) that this is just a typo for Chippendale, but my first thought went to the Disney characters getting waxed and...well, you know. Thanks for tonight's chuckle. (Multiplied a few times over because I just remembered a couple of highly amusing typos I've made myself.)All this time I've known you and I'm still learning new things. :rotfl:

OMG, I spend so much time at WDW and on the Dis boards that I didn't even realize I had typed that. I am totally laughing at myself right now.

Forget the hairless look! There's nothing sexier than some chest fur showing with a button shirt! :goodvibes But seriously, never been attracted to "ken dolls" with the hairless look. Reminds me too much of playing with my barbies when I was a girl. DH is quite hairy and has a beard too. I find him verrrry sexy! :cloud9:

I like the natural look on both men and women, although shaving legs and armpits for women is definitely expected now.

Hairy back--NO!!!! Please don't wear a tank top and stand directly in front of me... it grosses me out!! Wax that stuff!!

Hairy chest--Ummm... yeah!!

I would prefer a man to not look like a wookie, but that's up to genetics. I'm a little weirded out by "manscaping." Then again I'm annoyed at times that women have to go to such lengths to be completely hairless (but of course have a head full of long luxurious locks..). I just don't get it!

I totally agree with this.

I don't care. Other things matter so much more, like pretty eyes, good temperament, broad shoulders, height, overall buffness. I don't even have a preference for hair amount.

My dad is chewbacca, so growing up I was always attracted to men with less hair than my dad. When I met DH, he was a swimmer and runner so he shaved his legs, arms, pits and chest. After college, he let it all grow back in, which is fine with me. He is not too hairy and does not have any on his back, but I do like the little tuft he has on his chest and naval area;) He is active duty army, so his hair on his head is always very short and he has no facial hair per requirements. Also, they all want to be very "manly" at his unit, so they make fun of anyone who is hairless by choice.

Yep, I like the hairy chest. Don't care for back hair though.

I don't mind a little chest hair, but I prefer next to none...I also don't like facial hair. In all honesty, I'm not about "manly" men, and hair is one of their associated turn-offs. Give me well groomed, skinny, dork-boys in glasses, please.

Well excuuuusssse me! The body hair that I possess just grew there. I didn't pay someone to plant it, it is natural for me. If anyone thinks for one minute that I need anyone enough to go through the effort so that I don't "offend" them, their thinking is going to be very frustrated.

This is me...the good, the bad and the (possibly) ugly. Your problem not mine. Happy hairless back search.:snooty:

When I was in high school, 8yrs ago, it was common for any athlete to shave their legs. The main reason I heard for it, was if they banged up their legs, it didn't hurt as much to take off all the bandages afterwards. And mostly cause it was a fad thing.

I don't mind a a little scruff on the face, because that's how my g'father felt. So I always gave kisses on that scratchy cheek of his.
