I would choose the Magic Very Merrytime. It seems the most magical of vacation. The christmas decorations will be enchanting.
Yosemite would mean lots of work and not much vacation for me.

If you choose Yosemite, you should stay in the valley. The drive in from Tenaya Lodge is long, curvy and slow. They open lodging reservations a year in advance. There is lots of food available, but it adds up.
