We have our stuffing on the side. I call it stuffing, but that's just me... it's an interchangeable word here.

I made some last Christmas. It was very delicious, possibly because of the maple syrup in it. lol

3 of my cousins are/were (not since the monday holiday thing) on legal holidays......1 Christmas, 1 Washington's birthday (Feb 22), 1 Memorial Day ......all in the same family
My mother's was on Valentine's day and Father's on Columbus Day (Oct 12).

But my mother was born on my grandmother's birthday, and so had to share her birthday with her mother every year.
