Out of all the wonderful wdw restaurants out there, i want to get to the "nitty gritty" of the BEST of the world...

here are some of my (hopefully) favorites to be(?) what do yall like????
(If u had to pick JUST ONE for YOUR ENTIRE TRIP: which one would it be??
Why?

P.S. I can't EDIT my poll! I wanted to remove TGIF's & Rainforest and replace those 2 choices with: WHISPERING CANYON & BOMA!

Boma!
Love the variety, quality, aromas, atmosphere............

I chose LTT because I always include it in my visits. BUT what I should have chosen is others....The question is which ONE restaurant would you pick. At Boma I could go for breakfast and dinner!!:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

I would choose the character breakfast at Cape May Cafe.

My husband and I are huge Citrico's fans. We make sure that we get to eat there every time we go.

Jiko!
preferably after the Sunset Safari! heheheh

It would be Artist Point. I've just fallen in love with that place. Having said that though, I've never tried Le Cellier. We're going to try it this July, maybe we'll change our minds then.

For me,I'd have to say Whispering Canyons Cafe at WL. The breakfast there is great,,dinner is great,,atmosphere is great,,that'd be my choice.

For right now, mine would have to be 50's Prime Time. I just loved that restaurant. Our mom, our homework, setting the table, the food. Everything was awesome here. Looking forward to going there again.

The only one on the list I had been to was Liberty Tree Tavern. It was good, just not as memorable as 50's PTC. I have a Rainforest Cafe at home, so it is not something I have to do when I go to Disney. So to me, personally, I don't consider it a Disney restaurant.

On my next trip I am looking foward to going to Le Cellier, Garden Grill and Beaches and Cream.

I voted for 'Ohana because to me the Poly is the most magical, most "Disney" resort, and the whole atmosphere just transports me back to childhood. Plus the food is so delicious and a great value. I love the view of the castle and the lagoon and the way in which it caters to kids (of all ages).

My second choice would be Chef Mickey's for the exact same reasons stated above (except the view), but I couldn't vote for 2...could I?:sunny:

Have to give an honorable mention to HDDR. It would be REALLY hard for me to skip that, but if I could only do one...

Cape May Cafe for dinner!!::yes:: It's the BEST!! Wish I were there right now....:moped:

Artist Point! Love that place, love the food, service, atmosphere! That is our "grown-up" place to go (we ditch the kids that night...LOL)

As for a family place, BOMA is one of our new favorites!!

Based on the "only one" and since I have children I would pick Garden Grille. Characters, but not a buffet factor in to make this the one special treat.
Must admit, though, I'd hate to have to pick only one!:earboy2:

I would have to say Akershus (Epcots Norway), there is no other place like it and the food is delicous.

I have not had a bad meal at WDW ever! The closest would be Boma's, and not that it was BAD...everything was a bit too spicey for my tummy. Although I absolutely loved the soups and salads. It was the entree's my tummy didn't like.

Overall our favorite is Cape May. We both love seafood, and the steamed clams and mussles are just great! The prime rib is good too. Although I must say, hubby and I liked to terriyaki Beef tips even better. They were so tasty and tender. But no more. They now offer prime rib. And then their dessert bar, O My word...to die for. The oreo bon bon's are "THE BOMB"!!!

We are going to California Grill for the first time on July 28th for our 20 year wedding anniversary. We can't wait.

Blessings,
Winnie
