I disagree with renting a car. We were just at AKL this past December, very busy, and had no issues with the busses whatsoever. Personally, unless you plan on going off property a lot, I don't think you need to rent a car at AKL.

I have been renting car for the last 5 years or so and that’s the only way to go. It’s very easy getting around property and parking. Ive never had traffic problems or trouble parking. Im from LA though, so I am used to driving in much worse conditions than Orlando.

We used to always rent a car, but, after a couple trips where the car just sat in the resort parking lot without being used we stopped. We like all the Disney transpo, buses, monorail, skyliner.

We usually want a grocery stop, for sure when staying DVC, so we take Tiffany Town Car. Just the beer & wine at regular prices is enough to make it worth it.

If we don't need a stop we check both Uber & Lyft and take the cheapest.
