Anyone NOT able to book a resort studio for their preferred dates & view? If so, please tell us what date(s) or view you couldn't get. Thanks!

I'll close this on 5/13, when booking opens for all. :)

Got what I wanted. Even called back a few hours later when I decided to change from SV to LV for July..which is referred to as lagoon view and not lake view in case anyone didn’t know that like me!

No issues booking two stays, 1 at the end of Sept and 1 at the end of Oct. They were both Std View rooms.

I only wanted one night and it’s 10 months out. So, yes, I got it. SV.

I dialed in right before 9:00 on Monday morning and was connected to a CM right away. Was able to book lagoon/lake view for my Fall frenzy date no problem!

Yesterday I booked a 3 night stay for the November 2022 Wine and Dine Run Disney weekend after a 20 minute hold at 4:30pm. All views were open and I picked a lagoon view (after incorrectly asking for a lake view and being told there was no such thing 😀)

I called on Tuesday afternoon. Waited about 30 minutes and got a standard view for 4 nights for the first week in December, Thurs. - Mon.

Seems we've all been worrying about getting what we wanted for nothing. I for one, will be quite happy if booking a studio at VGF for early December remains easy (i.e., no walking needed) at 11 months. :)

Likely not an issue now...will be interesting to see how much of an issue it becomes when they sell out the resort.
Agree with you. But it didn't stop a lot of us from overloading MS phones on the first few days we could book, LOL. FOMO is alive and well, even when there's very little reason to worry. :)

I got two summer dates, but they weren’t exactly hot times, so not a big surprise.

I would say booking the resort studios is never going to be a problem . . . it will be the deluxe studios / suites that will be hard to book.

I hope this is the case. Just bought into VGF for the resort studios 😊
(Also own at BWV)
We also bought into VGF for the resort studios. Bought just enough points to book 4-5 nights each year. VGF's point chart is too rich for our blood for the larger units. We will use our larger contract for other more point friendly resorts when we require a 1 or 2 bedroom villa. Current favs are Bay Lake and Animal Kingdom for the 2 baths in the one bedroom units! 😍
