Yep, it has been known for a while. It's been dead for awhile now. They are still trying to find something to go in there. That's why DQ closing has been delayed.

You're right, it doesn't get a "lot" of love here..........we had one decent meal years ago, but any time we've tried since it's just been a disappointment and so noisy, I felt quite old mentioning the noise lol.........so we gave up.......
Glad you enjoy it though.......![]()
Is Cowfish good for non-sushi eaters?
I agree, love the food, hate the noise. That's one reason we don't go much, it's tough on our
special needs son. The only place louder was the new nbc grill. Omg it was deafening.

dsmom, do you think NBC grill would be OK noise-level on the patio? Noise doesn't bother us (we love Hard Rock) but sometimes you want peace & quiet.![]()

I have to say, City Walk has great food options! Listened to the Universal Dis podcast this week with R and we decided we might have to give margaritaville a try after the rave review. I LOVE hamburgers so Cowfish was a hit and we want to go back there for just burgers. I need several weeks at Universal in order to be able to eat all the yummy things I want to! Antojitos food was good but the margaritas really were the highlight there for us. Will be back there in the future for a drink. Starting to feel like I need to start looking for a job in Orlando...
I'm sure everyone is tired of hearing my same shpiel about NBC Grill & Brew but we loved their patio. LOVED! It was so peaceful - helps that we were there during a sunny, 70ish degree day during January when it was freezing at home. So tranquil for lunch watching people along city walk and looking across the water. Ask if server Shawna is there, she is amazing.
We also sat inside for lunch one day and didn't find it to be overly loud (and I am practically a little old lady wanting a calm environment for meals). We were sitting on the banquette area near the elevators sort of behind the bar on the side so maybe that helped cut down on the sound? There was one lady on the banquette kicking the shared bench for a while and that bothered me worse than any sound...
I also tend to find that a couple of Florida beers always help me tune out the chaoshahaha!
We don't enjoy places that are too loud now.........but we don't like eating outside, especially at lunch........so maybe this is off the list of places now........I do feel ancient sometimes when I say places are too noisy.......
Try Emeril's Tchop Chop very quiet & relaxing. Great place
Bumping this up. Could you add the new chocolate restaurant to the poll? We are going to Universal for our first trip soon and I'm curious what people think about it.
The only charge is to park in the garage...nothing else.Hi. If spending one day at Universal or IOA, can I go to Citywalk? Is it like DTD or do you need to pay to get in?
Thank you.
Thank you very much. The only charge is to park in the garage...nothing else.
