If I get the DP can I use quick service at polite Pig ? And, if so, do I have to go in person or can I mobile order?

You can, but I don't believe they do mobile order since they are not Disney owned. It is a good use of QS credits!

We are going to Disney Springs on a Thursday afternoon in May and want to eat at Polite Pig but they do not take reservations. Just how hard will it be to get in and thanks in advance..smjj

It's a quick service restaurant, so you stand in line and order at a counter, pay, and then find a table and someone brings your food out to you. I usually go at lunch time and I've never waited more than a few minutes to place my order.
