One of two scenarios
1) That this being the first time Mrs McCann has been left with the children instead of a nanny looking after them, she snapped and lashed out
or
2) (probably more the situation) that Maddie was killed acidentally, either by overdose or hurt herself when left on their own one of the nights on the holiday.

If your child was kidnapped would you really go back to the crowd at the bar leaving the other two on their own in the apartment?

Is all this information factual or has it come from the newspapers?
I havent read up on the case much just seen bits on the tv, but going on their body language and their own reactions i personally do believe they are innocent.
Who knows-I maybe wrong you,may be wrong and we may never find out!

I sadly do believe we will never find out what happened to the poor girl. Like the thousands that go missing every year in the world, I just cannot see this case ever being solved.
I hope I am wrong.

Its a scenario Emily.
Reports are that the nanny was supposed to go on the holiday but could not because of a family reason. No nanny was then used as a replacement, nor the on site baby sitting service. There is a difference between a nanny having a day off and being left with three very young children when your normal way of life is for someone else to look after them all day and you not to be involved in the day to day problems of bringing up children.

Just wondered where you'd heard it, as there is so much stuff flying around i don't read it anymore. I know about being a nanny im a nursery nurse my job is to look after children. But also just because you have a nanny, it is no different from dropping your kids off at a childminders or a day nursery it just happends to be in your home. Just because you have a nanny doesn't mean you miss out on the day to day troubles.

Not defending the McCanns but all this group of adults left their children alone at night perhaps the McCanns got lulled into a false sense of security.

I think these parents made it easy for a paedophile to take a child as I believe these sickos watch, look for a pattern and take their opportunity.

Again we may never know the truth.
