Hi! First detailed post for our sort-of-last-minute 2016 trip. We are at something like 58 days, so the last few days have been spent scrambling to get an outline and FP+ together. Now I need to settle on he details and see if I have ADRs to make.

Myself, DH (who is attending a conference), DD10 and DD7. Girls finally meet height requirements. Youngest hasn't really outgrown anything. Oldest love Star Wars but could do without princesses. Both are skittish about loud things, villains, and definitely thrill rides. We proceed with caution and use earplugs. If anyone isn't sure, we skip the ride.

We have done Disney enough that we are slowing down our touring. Most headliners don't fit the girls' tastes, so no need to FP them. We likely will not go to MK at all since last trip was all MK staying at WL. I am happy to have a plan and ditch it when we aren't able to stick to it. We all really would love lots of time in WS to explore the countries and F&G.

My only concern is that I haven't built in mandatory breaks. Where should I put these? 73 degrees is a bit chilly for this southern gal to enjoy being in the pool. We have 4D MYW convention tickets with a water park or mini golf option. I haven't included that yet.

I should give EasyWDW credit for the following. Quoted and adapted from his cheat sheets:

That's alot to fit in between 12:30-1:30...Probably will get to do Its tough to be a bug, and Nemo in that time frame - maybe...

Also, where is MK on your list? :)

For AK - flights of wonder will be closed that date.
HS - I don't think you should wait until after 10:30 to sign up for Jedi academy. While you may get in, you definitely won't get your pick of times. I'd FP TSM instead of GMR. You can possibly (likely?) get a 4th FP for it. No plans to do Star tours? I find HS difficult to plan, there are So.Many. Shows. Look at the showtimes, it's hard to fit in a ton of them. LMA only has shows at 1 and 4pm. I believe the SW fireworks are at 9:30pm that day (based on the time you could book for the dessert party).

Sorry, I should clarify those are options for that 1 hour window, not our to-do list.

As I said, no MK this trip.

I was aware of the FOW closure. We'll skip it.

TSM is only listed at RD as a possibility. We've done it before so I expect ST to go in that spot. Realistically, I'll be watching for the Jedi line to die down and hopefully register before 10am without standing in the long RD line.

I think LMA is at the bottom of the list.

SW fireworks being later would be nice and give us more time between lunch and fireworks for a break.

The Seas with Nemo ride is what takes you into The Seas Pavillion, so you'll do that BEFORE Crush on your first EP day.

AK morning is a lot of back and forth walking in a very big park. If DH doesn't do EE, you'll be okay, but if EE is on the list, I think I might just send him on his own and have him meet the rest of you back at The Safari. The rest of the family can just take their time entering the park and looking around. Take a look at an AK map to see what I mean.

HS and Jedi Training Academy. If this is a must for your girls, you will want to stand in that line. If you wait until 10:00 or so, they probably won't be able to do it even at the later times you desire.

It's perfect that you posted specific dates!

March 14th: Fantasmic is at 8:30; fireworks are at 9:30. You'll need to adjust your timing or just plug in Fantasmic and then head to the Echo Lake area after Fantasmic to view the fireworks from that location.

I thought I remembered there being a back entrance where you can access the Seas and Crush bypassing Nemo??

Yes DH would definitely go to EE on his own.

The latest threads I've read say that Jedi is less difficult to get since they've changed the show and doubled capacity. I'll be mulling over this one.

No Fantasmic for us. We'll be pushing Launch Bay later and just watching the fireworks.

Those who posted this info may have been in DHS when the maximum amount of Jedi Training shows were running each day. They ran at maximum capacity from the debut until the first week or so of this month.

Now, they are running the minimum amount of shows per day and if you only want one of two specific showtimes, you may want to plan on signing up earlier.

Good to know! Thanks. There's a reason I keep reading and gets lots of feedback. Things are always changing. Is there a list of current show times somewhere??

I'm watching the SW thread, too.

wdwent.com lists showtimes:
25-minute shows near Star Tours - The Adventures Continue
9:40, 10:40 & 11:40am, 12:40, 1:10, 1:40, 2:40, 3:40, 4:10, 4:40, 5:10, 5:40, 6:10, 7:10 & 8:00pm

There is, but when you're done with Crush and looking around The Seas, you'll come outside the pavilion, ride the ride right back into the pavilion, and then have to come back out again to go over to The Land. It just makes more sense to ride Nemo into the place the first time around.
