OK...

If I have multiple ressies 1 on current points and 1 smaller one on borrowed points. If I need to cancel the one on borrowed points can MS adjust the dispersment of points so that the borrowed points are used on the ressie that wasn't canceled. Making it so I would be able to bank the current points???

Probably.

If both reservations were made at your home resort and entirely with home resort points, then MS can reallocate the points to use the borrowed points on the reservation you keep.

There could be a problem if the borrowed points are not from the resort at which you have the "keeper" reservation. For example, if you made the "keeper" reservation at your home resort before the 7 month window opened and there is a waitlist for the reservation you want to keep, MS should not allow the reallocation - it would be a way around the home resort booking advantage.

Best wishes -

All the ressies are at my Home resort made at the 11 month window.

I guess I could make the ressie that won't be canceled with borrowed points originally then I won't have to switch...We have friends that want to go and don't ever plan until the last second.

Since they are all home resort points and ressies, you should have no problem at all.

The only time they won't let you is if you made the ressies in the 11 month window with home resort points (eg BWV points for BWV ressie) and then tried to switch to non-home resort points at the 7 month window (eg BWV ressie with BCV points). You would have to let the right number of nights go and rebook them.

Which I think is basically what CarolMN said, but maybe just a different way. Even if there is no waitlist, they still have to rebook the night(s).

Been there, done that!

I did this recently. The CM had a lot of trouble figuring it out but I asked her to speak with a supervisor to get help and she did.
