Points transfer?

Hello,
I just called member services, and they are telling me you can only transfer points to another member one time a year? I don't recall that rule...and I think it's a little odd considering I've already transferred points twice! Anyone know for sure???

i think they only started enforcing it a couple of years ago, but yeah, you're only allowed one transfer (either in or out) per year.

The rule is one transfer, in or out, per Use Year. Perhaps your two transfers in one calendar year fell into two different Use Years and that's why it was allowed. They have been enforcing this rule for quite a while now.

Do you have more than one master contract (more than one membership ID)? I think that can make a difference as well if they give you one transfer per Use Year per membership ID. Since all of my contracts are under the same membership ID I'm not familiar with how things work if you have more than one.
