Points transfer wanted from SSR to BCV

We currently own 100 points at the Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa and wanting to trade them for 100 points to Beach Club Villas. Last year when we were on our family vacation there was a lady on the bus with us that was also staying at SSR and she mentioned to her friend that she knew someone that had SSR points and BCV points she would be willing to make a trade. Unfortunately we did not get her name. What we are wanting to do is a permanent transfer of our 100 SSR points to someone who has 100 BCV points. If anyone out there knows of anyone who wants to do this please contact me. Thank you
