Points transfer question

Wild guess but I wondered if maybe he has contracts with different UY's. Since each UY would mean a different membership, each would be able to get one transfer in each year.

I am sure he does but I was wondering how he can "pay" for the transfers (ongoing) when it is against the rules. Don't get me wrong, I think he provides a great service for renters and rentee's (someday I may need to use his service) but if transfers for money are against the rules he is blatantly breaking the rules and advertising this also. Once again just curious.
