I am a long time owner of this hard to book resort. I request a minimum 100 points per reservation, and will provide a contract that we can both sign.

If you don't know already, the Villa's are very difficulty to book unless you take advantage of the 7-11 month window that an owner can provide. Please consider that time window when considering your vacation dates.

Full disclosure: I have not rented to others before. I am keen to establish a good reputation, however, and I will do whatever I can to ensure your trust. I am renting at a bit lower than market rate, because I want to establish a track record and references.

For the request of November 5-12, unfortunately the 9th, 10th, and 11th are booked. You could book Nov 5-8 if you would still be interested.
For the request of November 17-24, the 18th is booked, rest are free.
