? Points that need to be used by year use

I have points from a cancelled disney trip, they need to be used by Oct. my year use. My question is can I use those points to book after Oct. if I book before Oct. Example, I book in July those points, but book a stay in Dec? Or I just need to book and stay before Oct? Which is essentially impossible as there is limited availability.

No the trip must be completed by the start if your UY.

So you have from now until October 1st, with the last night you can use them September 30th.

Unfortunately, it won’t be easy. Sorry it had to cancel.

It’s not a lot of points, just hate to waste any! We did get the trip in, just not as long as we would have liked.

Not sure how many points you have left, but I have seen requests on the DVC Rental Store from people who only want to stay one night so they don't need a lot of points.
