I have just called to Disney Member Services. The T-giving week is almost all booked already. The only availability that you might have is in Saratoga Spring Resort ( SSR ), the newest and biggest
DVC resort. The room is a 1-bedroom ( no more other sizes of room ). This room accomodate 4 people, and is very comfortable. The reservation for the whole week ( sat nov 19 to sat nov 26 ) consume 216 points.
I have made an on-hold reservation for this room to avoid to loose it while you decide, because, as I said, is the last chance for the week you want.
As I mentioned, you can send the payment when you receive the Disney Confimation Letter under you own name, I mean, I don't ask for a previous deposit to make the reservation, as usual. You do not pay a dollar until you haver the official voucher from Disney at you name.
Besides, I pay all the expenses that you may have. The usual case is that the client pay for it.
I rented before many times, and I can help you in the reservation process step by step, and give you all the info that you need to take the best advantage from your DVC experience, incluiding some discounts.
I can send you some references of people who rented my points, if it makes you feel more comfortable and secure in making this reservation with me.
