Points question

Hi! I’m a current cast member and had a question. I recently started to transfer into photopass and the requirements were that I couldn’t have 4 or more points within the last six months. When I took the interview I had 3 and a half. But in the following months I gathered one more point, making it 4 and a half. Would this affect my hiring process even though I already got the position after the interview?
