Points needed for BCV or BWV studio June 3 x 5 nites

Looking to rent points for BCV studio (preferably) or BWV studio for arrival June 3 x 5 nights. BCV would be 97 points and BWV would be 85 points. Can anyone help??

Do you know if these dates are available for sure because these places have very limited openings ? I have points to rent @ 9.50 per point.
