Points in Holding????

I have a March UY so my banking date is 10/31. I have a trip planned to arrive 10/31. Not sure with what is going on when is the latest I could cancel without my points going into holding? I really hope to go as I have moved 2 trips already. TIA. Stay safe and healthy.

The latest you can cancel and be able to bank would be 31 days before check in. Currently they have softened that rule and if you cancel less than 31 days out points go back into the UY and they have been allowing borrowed points to go back. The stipulation right not is that this could change at any time.

With your UY and your banking deadline it seems like you would have until Sept 30th to make your decision on whether to cancel or not and then be able to bank. This is going by the typical rules. Sp you do have time to figure things out.
