points for9/03, how soon ?

I am seeking 32 points of 9/03, how soon do I need to buy them, I have never done this before, and can't wait I am a time share owner from another , company, but love the Disney atmosphere, any help is appreciated ! Oh and anyone want to sell me any, I don;t know the eact date yet, waiting for those all important plane ticket prices to be posted from Southwest and the new airline.
