Points for Transfer: 525 pts Available. 10/Pt.

Hello All,

I have 525 pts available for transfer (500 SSR & 25 BCV) to a fellow owner that hopefully can use all (or at least most) of them.

They are June 10 UY, so they must be used by May 31, 2011, or they can be banked into 2011-2012 if need be. $10pp.

I have done this many times and have had nothing but positive experiences. I will gladly provide references upon request.

Hi, If you end up renting most of your points and have the 25 BCV, I would definitely be interested in a transfer for those BCV points since I also own there and have a June use year too and could bank them into next year. This is if they end up available since I know you only have one transfer.

hi, i'm new to this but looking to book a 2 bedroom BCV in May 2011. Are you allowed to transfer once and next to that rent out ? And if you have a few BCV points and a lot of other SSR points, are you allowed to use SSR points to complement the BCV points to book in the 11 month timeframe ? thanks for answering my questions and also letting me know if you're interested in renting out.

I was wondering if you still had the points available? And if you would consider renting the points to a non dvc? We used to be dvc but had to sell. We would like to 2 1br villas @ AKL end of January. We would need 324 points (162 per room) Please let me know if you can do this. Thanks in advance

Sorry so long to reply. Yes you can rent & transfer too. (you only get one transfer per year in or out though) You can only reserve into the 11 month window if you are an owner at that particular resort. For instance, I could transfer points into my BCV account and rent into the 11 mo. window. I could not however use my SSR points to rent into my BCV's 11 mo. window, even though I own both. I can do that within the 7 mo window.

I can transfer what you need to you if you are a BCV owner. Please let me know if that's your situation and what you're looking to do.

I just looked at a couple of posts of yours and realize that you are looking for a rental.

To rent two (2) 3 BR Grand Villa for 4 nights (checking in on November 19th & checking out on November 23) looks like it would be a total of 516 points.

I do have enough points to cover your rental, and I will call DVC member services to check availability for you if you want to move forward.
