points for transfer 353 for $10 a point

Hello,
I have 353 points I would like to transfer for $10 a point. 40 points need to be used by July 2011; 313 points starts use year of March 1st 2011 to be used by March 1 2012. My home resort is Beach Club.

Am interested in 2 studios at Boardwalk (as close to each other as possible) for 19-24 October 2011. Would require 116 points. Am new to DVC rentals so am not sure when you would be able to look into this for me but if you still have points left at the date you are able to enquire could you let me know.
