Points for Rent

I am interested in purchasing 70 points to stay in a studio for five nights at BCV arriving June 17 and departing June 22. Me, my husband, an 11-year old, and a 16-year old will be staying. I have not booked my flight yet and have a high degree of flexibility regarding the dates as long as I am staying Sunday - Thursday between June 17 and July 31. Any feedback would be appreciated.
