I have 47 points to rent at $8 per point or transfer/trade. They must be used by the end of Feb. '09.

Here is my preference:
AKV value studio: 43 points
Anything else I am interest in is either 49 or 50 points so not sure if you could borrow a few from next year to complete these reservations:
AKV standard studio 49 points
BWV standard studio 50 points
I might even consider OKW 49 points
