I have 45 points available for rent or transfer. Available for use year starting March 2010. My home resort is SSR but can be used at any Disney resort if available. I look forward to hearing from you....

Since march year 2010 I will be able to bank points for 2011 use.

I will be using some in october 10 and the balance nect summer 2011.
