Had to cancel our spring break plans at last minute due to emergency surgery that was required for me. All 131 points are in holding which means reservations can only be made 60 days or less in advance. Please send me the following information if you are interested in travelling before 8/31/09 and I will check availability for you fast:

-desired resort(s)
-check in and check out dates
-number of guests in your party with names and ages of children

I would be interested if you could get me a price for AKL last week in August mon-fri for 1 night in a savannah room, 2 adults and 16 & 14 year old boys

Thanks Mark

Just to clarify, you are only interested in one night anytime between Monday and Friday the last week in August? Are you only interested in Animal Kingdom Lodge and not the villas? Please confirm.

Yes that is correct would like a savannah room as a special treat for my wife.

Thanks Mark

I would be interested in either transfer of some points or having a reservation for July 17th thru 19th for a studio at SSR. It would require 58 points and the nights are available.

Thank you,
Jim

Great - would you like to get on the phone on a three-way call with DVC reservations? How would you like to settle the $493 that would be due? You can reach me on the following number: 913-484-8828. Leave me a message if I don't answer as I am headed into a few meetings at work today. :)Debbi Webber

In the hotel part of Animal Kingdom Lodge or in the Disney Vacation Club part of Animal Kingdom Villas? I want to ensure to check on the right thing for you and am very happy to do so. I actually think the Villas will likely be cheaper from a points perspective. Thanks for clarifying.

Could you find out how many points are required for both and let me know somebody mentioned 13 points for the hotel.

What is the difference between the hotel and the villas?

Thanks Mark

Hi, Just wondering if you still have pts. available? If so, I am interested in 1 night at either Animal Kingdom I believe it is 19 pts. or Bay Lake Tower (not sure of pts sorry) for August 22 and checking out on the 23rd. Thank you. And sorry about the surgery and your missed vacation:(

Sorry there are 2 Adults & 2 children ages 6 & 14

Animal Kingdom Villas would be fewer points and therefore cheaper. 13 points is for the timeshare portion of the resort. Most consider the timeshare portion better as the rooms have small kitchens and balconies. Here is a description:
Studio
•Sleeps up to four
•Queen-size bed, plus full-size sleeper sofa
•Flat-panel TV and DVD player
•Wet bar, small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker
•Private balcony
•316-365 sq. ft. in Jambo House
•366 sq. ft. in Kidani Village

I will call and check availability tomorrow and let you know.
